"I was put across the hall with someone who had a noisy dog. There were plenty of empty rooms in the hotel and I really needed a good night sleep. I could have easily been put in a room upstairs where the coming and going and barking of the dog would not have awakened and disturbed me. "

Second of all they advertise that they have smoke free rooms, which they don’t. I booked a smoke free room and was given a smoking room.
