"Wonderful place near downtown Medford. My husband and I loved our stay here. We were in town on a business trip for several days and wanted a place with a full kitchen. This fit our needs perfectly. The neighborhood is quiet. Cartwright Market is very close for provisions and excellent sandwiches. The home is very clean and well maintained. "Great Cats World Park across the road! Oregon caves nearby. This was far more convenient than staying in Grants Pass which made the trip convenient and stress free. The home was older but comfortable. I am gluten free and need to cook for myself when traveling. Although there is not a traditional kitchen, we did well with the microwave, toaster oven with baking capability, a refrigerator and portable double burner. Patty, the hostess, was communicative, helpful, and kind."

"This was the perfect little place for me and my boys for a little weekend get away. We traveled down from Alaska to see the rodeo but my boys had more fun playing ping pong and exploring the river. The hosts were great. Communication was quick and easy. Although we didn’t use it, there is an adorable kitchen area that can accommodate your cooking needs. The setting was comforting and quiet. "The two bedroom apartment was perfect for my friend and I. Kitchen was well stocked and everything was clean and smelled fresh. Loved the beds and couch. The hot tub was cold upon arrival and was just warm enough in the morning.. but the property manager was sympathetic and gave us a full refund for the night! Will try to stay here again sometime but will send a reminder to please heat up the tub on the morning before check in. Overall pretty great and across from Del Rio Vineyard.. lovely."

"Very nice, but we are older, my wife needed grab bars at the tub, she can't do stairs so the nice bed went un-used, tv was limited because we don' do electronics well and I didn't see a back door in case of fire."

"This was our first Air B&B experience and it exceeded our expectations! The unit was close to local amenities and activities. A suggestion would be a sound bar on the TV in the main room to redirect the sound towards the room the main as opposed to the adjacent room - goes right through the walls! Might also check the remote in main bedroom - it was inoperatable. Last thing. Perhaps some outside chairs to enjoy the Oregon air! These are just small things and didn't affect our overall ratiing in...
