“There weren't any people around at check in - it is all by phone and email and codes. Very easy. Our room had an odor and we called the number given. They explained why it may have a smell but it would go away quickly and it did. Everything was clean. Microwave and refrigerator in the room. Great price!”

“Room was clean , The hotel was a bit outdated but was significantly less than staying at the casino hotel . For the cost I would stay there again . There was access to the outside pool at the RV park which was clean and enjoyable on a hot day . Staff was able to get us in early at the hotel .Air conditioning was good. Parking was good shuttle did not run on Monday but it is only a minute or two to drive across the parking lot to the casino entrance .”

“Staff was super helpful no matter what time of day. Our room key kept glitching out on the second night and the gentleman that helped us was attentive both times we had to get the keys reprogrammed. Breakfast was incredible, they had standard quick options as well as different hot items each morning. From waffles, pancakes, eggs, biscuits and gravy to fresh fruit, muffins, bagels, and cereal. “Troubles unlocking room door. The manager is remote, but a friend of manager who was staying at the lodge reached out to him who remotely unlocked our door. Room was small, two plastic chairs to sit on besides the bed. Appeared clean. Figured out ac unit. Nice tv.. A few nice decorations on walls Bathroom very small. Shower is approximately 2 1/2’ square. My travel companion who is 6’1” barely fit and couldn’t turn around. The shower liner was stained and dirty. Would have liked information……

“We were in town visiting family, and stayed here for a few nights. I went in with low expectations considering the affordable nightly price, but was thrilled with everything! Staff was very friendly. The lobby and our room were immaculately clean (and I am very picky with hotels, as we travel a lot). Breakfast was excellent, and they checked with us multiple times if anything needed to be refilled. The pool is great, but the hot tub probably needs to be refinished at some point. “Our room was ready and clean. Staff provided extra towels for us. The disappointment was that although we were told breakfast was available starting at 6:30 am, there was nothing other than overnight coffee available at 7 am. Using the phone for contact in the common area meant the phone rang multiple times without anyone answering it.”
