“Property and my rooms were clean and nice. The first night I was in a room with crazy loud AC. I called the desk but they said no maintenance was there and they were full. I told him no worries if they could fix it or move me to a different room that would be great. The problem I had was every time I talked to someone at the desk they didn’t know anything about the issue. No one had made any notes or passed along any of the information so every time I talk to someone, we were starting over from……

“Walked in the room to find it hot, AC not working, and two portable units and a box fan left to keep it cool but not enough. This was for a living room space and two bedrooms. The front desk rep blamed it on Expedia, but I found out with Expedia that they should have pulled the room from the portal if it was not in good condition. While at the front desk, he was unhelpful and unsupportive. I saw a paper on the desk with a printed chart of 10 rooms without AC and it indicated which had box fans……
