“This ownership doesn’t seem to really cater to its guests- for instance although being a hotel guest they charge you for one of the pools located on the premise same as they do for a non-guest. They also do not offer cocktail service unless you pay for the pool. It’s a bad look makes them look cheap and desperate for cash.”

“I stayed there for a fleeting moment for my son‘s college orientation. The room was very nice. Slept like a baby. No sounds you might hear in a hotel - it was absolute silence. The owner was gracious and accommodating of any needs that I might have had. I would definitely book a room there when visiting my son at college.”

“The older lady in charge of the breakfast room was so sweet!!! A nice, welcoming face to see in the morning. And everything was super clean down there. Five stars for her. She is a total gem! The room was clean, but the walls are thin. I could hear the dude next door in the bathroom. Ew. The bed was extremely soft, but it turned out to be a nice night's sleep.”

“Wonderful condo! Great location, perfectly described with lots of amenities not listed. Easy check in. Stacey is a great host and we look forward to staying again! Great off season value too. So nice to just relax but also lots to do!”

“Ellicottville is a great little town, even if you don't ski. Great shops, food and nightlife. Our stay at the Wildflower property couldn't have been better. The location is just on the edge of downtown and the property itself was clean, comfortable, and so welcoming for our dog and us. Our hosts thought of everything!”

“The staff was nice. But checked out a day early and was requesting a refund for the last night we didn’t stay. They were evasive and blew it off to Expedia. When i contacted Expedía they tried to get in touch with the hotel to confirm our check out date and said they were unsuccessful so they were unable to help me”
