Nice hotel, pre pay parking from Expedia- it’s $5 on here or $16/night if you don’t prepay. Very walkable to anything you’d want in downtown Greenville. We had an executive suite and the bed/pillows were the comfiest I’ve had staying in a hotel. Very nice room size! Just with they had free breakfast.

We had a wonderful stay from check in with Kiara. She gave us lots of suggestions and was super friendly. To be honest we just wanted a drink and dinner after we settled in. Our room was comfortable and clean. We were on the second floor where the gym was. It seemed nice for a quick work out. So we went downstairs to the bar outside which is one of the restaurants there Indaco. Had a drink. Then ate at the restaurant. It’s Italian and everything was delish. A little pricey but if it’s good food to me it’s worth it. Plus the convenience of having it on site. We had a great date night and enjoyed ourselves very much. I am sure we will be back. It very walkable to other things we just didn’t do it this time. We been many times to Greenville and we just wanted a quiet night and it was perfect.

the property is showing its age just a bit (chip in our tub, worn shower curtain, awkward grout/caulk around shower soap/shampoo dispenser), but a friendly staff, great location, clean, well functioning room.

Honestly, I really don't have anything bad to say about this hotel. The receptionist was very friendly, the parking is very easily accessible, (you can walk out the side door into the parking deck), and the room was very clean and smelled good. It's not the best place I've stayed but I would definitely recommend it to anyone. Things of note: You have to pay extra for the parking, $16, to be exact. Which is actually a "Public Parking" deck next to it. There is no hair dryer in the room, nor iron/ironing board. You use your room key card to go to and from the deck while there. There wasn't many people there when we were, but I imagine if there was you would've heard them next door or above you if not on top floor. It is a little older so that's probably why. The TVs are kind of put in a weird position to where you can only see part of it from the bed even though they can be rotated.
