"The staff was super friendly, room was very clean View was amazing. The only thing i didnt care for was the noise from the rooms on each side was loud And as for the no smoking policy in the rooms or balcony if it does happen as it did for us on the one side the pot smell was absolutely disgusting. It was like it came thru the wall or vent or something. And them we couldnt enjoy the balcony which we paid more for cuz the people was out there smoking pot and coughing up a lung each time they took a puff of it.. very aggravating "

"This was a super last minute trip. It’s off season so the room was very affordable. Room was clean and easy check in. The AC in my original room didn’t work and they had me in another room in 10 minutes. Appreciate the timeliness. I didn’t eat breakfast at the hotel but the continental breakfast had a lot of options for being free. Definitely recommend the property. Parking on site. The garage is tight in some spots but very convenient. "

"I enjoyed a one night stay on a rainy September Saturday. The hotel was great. The building has been there for decades so it is old, but perfectly maintained, newer appliances and fixtures, immaculately clean. The room wasn't super big especially with two queen beds in, but big enough to shower sleep and chill. It's VB oceanfront so dozens of food beverage and shopping options within blocks. One block from the beach. Lots of convenience stores but only one full grocery store in the area and it's about three blocks away from this hotel so that was great. There's a small pool, barely any lobby to speak of or other common areas. Just a door to a balcony, the steps are outside as well but right next to the parking."
