“Loved the cleanliness of the property and friendliness of the staff. However, getting hit with a "restoration fee" upon sign in was a bit annoying since Expedia does not mention this in thier pricing. Beds were comfortable but the lack of a refrigerator in the room in this day and age is a negative. There was also an issue with our bathtub being spongy when standing , it felt unstable. “Although first impressions of tattered entry rugs, the hotel was welcoming. The staff were friendly and accmmodating, The evening started with a complimentary drink (either sangria or an old fashioned). Being directly on King street , it allowed for easy walking to the waterfront, restaurants and pubs. The free King street trolley was an added bonus. Our room was clean and comfortable ”
