A remarkable bargain, and well-deserved 5 stars. Very clean, very modern, and everything in perfect order. As comfortable a bed as I've ever slept in, premium towels and toiletries, no noise from adjoining rooms or the hallway.
Because of the bargain rate I'd gotten, I wasn't surprised that the breakfast cost extra. But $12.95 was a fair price for the deluxe buffet, which included eggs, bacon, sausage, biscuits and gravy, cooked oatmeal, and other hot food. Fresh fruit, cold cereal, toast, pastries, yogurt, and other cold choices. Great coffee, juices, milk.in cartons.
This hotel is in fact a conference or convention center, though no event was being held on the days I stayed. So the vast atrium-like meeting hall, with its several smaller gathering areas, was accessible for lounging or walking, which was nice, given the extreme heat outside. I got in a lot of steps by going up and down the various stairways to the separate meeting areas. The cushy carpet and cool air made it an ideal spot for indoor strolling.
Literally three minutes from the airport, it was a perfect place to spend the night before boarding a very early flight.
I will definitely stay here whenever visiting Little Rock, especially when I'm flying out early in the morning.
