"Yes, very clean they organized and cleaned our room multiple times a day. They could’ve had more restaurants open. Some music down at the pool would’ve been nice. Apparently we went during their lowest season and it was only about 5 to 10% occupied so it was pretty quiet. There was a minor construction that disrupted our afternoon one day with some very loud pressure washers. It’d be nice if they had a club with music and dance floor . but they did upgrade us when we got there to a better room with an ocean view. I was very appreciated of that."

My wife and I normally aren’t fans of all-inclusive resorts, but this property completely changed our minds. The quality of the food was excellent — fresh, flavorful, and varied with something for everyone. Every restaurant offered a different vibe, and we were impressed by the attention to detail and the level of service everywhere we went. The property itself is stunning, surrounded by beautiful nature and offering spectacular views of the ocean and the mountains. It’s perfectly maintained and easy to get around. We were originally planning to stay at the Andaz or the Four Seasons, but we’re so happy we chose Planet Hollywood. It’s in the same gorgeous area and delivers an experience that rivals those luxury brands, but with a fun, laid-back energy that makes it feel even more special. Overall, this resort exceeded every expectation. Great people, excellent management, and a classy atmosphere. We highly recommend "
