"We had a great time on our vacation. The condo was great. The pool was clean and not crowded even though most if not all condos were occupied. We had a small issue with the smoke detectors placement. Every time we cooked or opened the oven it would set it off. It became a “dinner alarm” for the kids though and we all laughed about it. The kitchen needs a few small items like a can opener, scissors, and a few more coffee cups (only one provided). Overall would stay again and would definitely...

"Before we ever got to PCB, we had some trouble with our payment through VRBO. I think this was all the fault of VRBO; the property manager was very responsive and tried to be helpful. VRBO never managed to get it fixed, so I had to Zelle the payment to the property manager. It worked out ok, but it caused a lot of stress, and I am very disappointed with the lack of customer service provided by VRBO. "Thank you again for your hospitality! You were one of the most responsive and considerate hosts I’ve stayed with, and we really appreciated that. Overall we enjoyed our stay, but a few cleanliness issues stood out — the bathtub in back bedroom had stains, there was sand in one of the bunk beds, the kitchen counters were sticky, and the trash can had an odor with no extra bags.
