Take the 4 min walk to the beach just a block away from public access on 13th street or enjoy the sun heated pool (shared only with the duplex neighbor) right in the backyard. 6 beach chairs + 2 umbrellas and a beach cart all provided in our outdoor storage area.

When you are ready to get out of the sun, enjoy the private "under the house" area w/ Dining Table, Chairs, Room to play Yard games and grill on the gas or charcoal grills.

The primary bedroom upstairs features a King bed with private bath. Off the primary bedroom is a balcony that overlooks the pool and Gulf of Mexico. The perfect place for a morning coffee sunrise.

The North side upstairs bedroom features a bunk bed (twin over a double) along with another twin bed.

The hall bedroom upstairs has a double and twin bed as well.

The main level bedroom offers a queen bed with private balcony and shared bathroom that overlooks the lagoon.

The kitchen is fully stocked for all your needs. Plenty of pans, pots, dishes, and utensils to serve your whole group including plastic dishes/bowls/silverware for our littlest guests. Keurig and drip coffee makers provided. Toaster and blender are available as well. FREE high speed wifi throughout the whole house (~150mbps). Smart TVs in each bedroom and Living room.

West Beach is the perfect location to be close to all the dining and activities, yet quiet enough to enjoy a relaxing vacation in the sun.

Must be over 25 to book. No third-party bookings (person making reservation must be staying on property for the duration of the stay)

Trip Insurance is recommended. Especially during hurricane season. In the case of a hurricane, there will ONLY be refunds in case of a mandatory evacuation order.
