Boardwalk 1087 will make your beach dreams a reality! This 3 bedroom gulf front condo on the 10th floor is in the heart of Gulf Shores and has an amazing view of the pearly white sand. Enjoy the view of the beach from the coastal and cozy living room featuring a flat screen television. The kitchen has beautiful granite counter tops and all the essentials needed to make a delicious home cooked meal. There is seating for 6 people at the dining table.

Enjoy the unobstructed views from the primary bedroom which has a king size bed and a bathroom with a walk-in shower. The second bedroom has queen size bed the third bedroom has two twin beds and there is also a queen size sofa sleeper in the living room which allows this condo to comfortably sleep up to 8 people.

This 70 unit complex is in the heart of shopping attractions entertainment and dining including the famous Sea-n-Suds restaurant on-site. While outdoors enjoy the gulf side pool a sundeck and BBQ area. There is a full size washing machine and dryer in the condo as well as free Wi-Fi and flat screen televisions throughout.

You must be at least 25 years of age or older to reserve this vacation rental. This is a non-smoking property. Free Parking with a 2 car maximum. No pets are permitted Monthly rentals accepted Nov through March 1st.

During the spring break season, between the dates of March 1 through April 30 of each year, the person booking the reservation must be 25 years of age or older and must be present to physically check in at our office with your government issued ID present.
