We purchased this condo in 2013 and it was completely remodeled. All new furniture and tile, Big Screens TVs with Blue ray dvd's in every room. We also own Boardwalk 886 which has 65 five star reviews and is the best renting condo at the Boardwalk, No question Boardwalk is in the Best location.
