"My sisters and I enjoyed our stay at Pointe Santo. This condo is absolutely gorgeous. The pictures displayed don't do it justice. The kitchen was fully functional with beautiful countertops and brand new appliances. Everything you need for a quick snack or full meal was available. The washer and dryer was very nice to have so we didn't have to do laundry upon returning home. The living room area was where we spent our time laughing and visiting every night. The screened in lanai provided a beautiful view that I couldn't ever get tired of viewing. The beds were so comfortable, and the bathrooms were beautiful as well. Even the decorating was amazing. The pool was nice but small, but the beach was amazing. I would recommend beach shoes as the shells are everywhere which is amazing but can be hard to walk on. The condo is located on the third floor but there is an elevator right across from the condo. There was even a grocery cart on the premises that we used to help get our groceries upstairs! Keith was an awesome and super responsive host. I had some issue with the keypad and he walked me through it immediately. I could have easily moved in permanently. Thank you Keith! We will be back! "

"Our family of 5 (13, 9 and 2 year old) had a great time in this gorgeous condo. Pam was amazing to work with, responded quickly and even reached out to make sure everything was ok. Other than groceries, the condo was stocked well, had everything we needed including beach chairs, umbrella, sand toys, boogie boards...it was all there. The location was perfect, enjoyed the beautiful views of the ocean and pool...the walk to the beach was a breeze! Our vacation here was just what we needed, nice relaxing time as a family. Oh and we visited several of the restaurants she recommended and we were NEVER disappointed. "

"The pool/beach area was amazing! The poolside service was awesome. My only concern was me a senior and friend staying with me a senior were assigned a 4 th floor room with no elevator. It took almost an hour to find a space that had an elevator. Jared the security guy was so helpful. Then for check out the system evidently had an issue and tried to charge me for what I had paid for on Expedia. Loved the resort not the service or convenience "

"Don't think we've ever been closer to the beach on Sanibel. Unit was very spacious, Kids loved it. Pool was very nice and we were steps from the beach. They are still renovating after the hurricane so the property wasn't as nice as it could be but we looked past all that and had a wonderful stay. "

"We stayed at Signal Inn for a week, and it was the best week we've experienced. It's total paradise, walking distance to a private beach, and just a couple miles from public beaches. The staff was very responsive and friendly and would not hesitate to return. If you haven't been to Sanibel Island, you should consider, no stop lights, no franchise's, no traffic, and everyone is very friendly. "

"The cottage was clean and updated with everything you need, toiletries, kitchen pans and utensils, a full beach cart with everything needed for the beach. I took a few naps in the sun in the hammock. The location is great, an easy block to the beach. The only thing we had difficulty with was the gas grill did not heat up sufficiently to cook burgers. It was an incredible relaxing place for a family vacation, highly recommend it"

"Building D is one of many on the Sundial property undergoing renovation after hurricane Ian. Unlike several others, it is absolutely not in condition to accept guests and the listing comment minimizing construction does not represent the situation on the ground. This rental is utterly misrepresented. Beach access requires passing through a paid pool area; much of the traditional beach access is fenced off. It is not "steps away". The community pool adjacent to the unit is under construction. The unit lacked 'starter kit' amenities (coffee, etc). The kitchen outlets were nonfunctional and the kitchen sink is a rust bucket. Multiple stains on the bedroom carpet. The 'ocean breezes from the large picture sliding window' overlooked latrines and a construction dust bowl. The bathroom hot water faucet did not run. I could go on.We called immediately upon check-in and the host dismissed our concerns. Thereafter, they did not respond to email requests.The pile-on fees were exorbitant. I am happy to share invoices.We left after a single miserable night and would like to be compensated for this disgraceful experience. We are certainly hoping that others read this review and don't find themselves in a similar position. "

"Loved how close it was to the Sanibel beach which provided lots of seashells for kids to find. The place was clean n Nancy was great to interact with. The house was a great place for the family and would stay there again."
