“入住时等了很久，车辆、住客都堆积在大门口，酒店大堂门口是代泊车、第一次去的话并不知情，为此等很久、一片混乱。入住后感觉员工很热情、心情稍平复”

“Suite was large, well-appointed and spotless with a comfortable bed and beautiful view from the balcony. The kitchenette had refrigerator, dishwasher and microwave as well as dishes and utensils. Coste Island Cuisine and Cabanas had good food and live music.”

We absolutely love the Serenity pool area and enjoyed a spectacular sunset from the Crows Nest bar followed by a top notch dinner at the Old Captiva House. Shelby was a charming waitperson. We’ve stayed there four times and look forward to our fifth. ”

“This little cottage is exactly as described - cozy and quaint! It is the ultimate "glamping" experience on the beach! One cannot expect all of the amenities of home, but it does have all of the necessities. The bed is extremely comfortable, and the drawers underneath were a bonus. The best part is just a few steps directly out the door to the water for those amazing views. And even though it is located on the turn of a busy street, it is surprisingly quiet. We will definitely return to Jensen's……
