This hotel fit the bill for location and price. Parts of it are historical and stunning. But some areas, like the room where we stayed, was so old as to not really be "clean" regardless of the excellent effort by staff. This in itself isn't that big a deal, but the pillows were lumpy (yes, lumpy!), there was no way to control the temperature (we were cold), and there were no extra blankets. But worst of all was the rock hard mattress. If you suffer from arthritis, you might want to stay at a different hotel. My hip pain after 4 nights was unbearable, leaving me to rely heavily on meds. The staff was pleasant, amenities good, location wonderful. This tired old hotel needs an injection of big, big money to bring it back to life.

my stay went really well! staff were friendly and always attentive. housekeeping were really friendly and nice. everything met our needs and the view was nice to see. thank you!

The front desk was rude and didn’t even explain the parking he just said go over there and figure it out. He worked in the afternoon and night

Bid room but not cleaned nor updated. Late check out is only at 1pm. No room upgrade offered. There was 1 day that room was not serviced until late evening. Good location
