“Standard breakfast, constantly refilled. Room was clean, few signs of wear and tear. Pool was one of the better ones! Friendly staff.”

“Ideal location and well stocked apartment. The host was so responsive and welcoming. When we arrived the first evening the apartment had a strong smoke smell and we alerted the host who offered to have someone come by the next day to freshen. We declined and tried to air it out by opening windows and lighting a candle but our clothes/bags smelled like smoke when we got home and everything went into the laundry immediately. Parking was super easy and the apartment was very accessible. For the……

“The house was cozy and comfortable. The location was great while dropping our son off at Wesleyan University for his sophomore year. The lake was a peaceful place to relax and read.”

“AC worked well, room temp was always comfortable. Property seemed clean, but there was a lingering pervasive odor.. the bathroom was a handicapped setup. And there was no lip on the shower floor, so when we showered the floor flooded. Exterior signage was somewhat concealed, which made finding the property somewhat challenging. The property was a bit dated..some flaking paint, chipped paint scratched furniture. Free breakfast was fabulous! And hotel staff was kind and welcoming.”

“Pounding/constuction ubove my room all day ever day. Coffee machine in lobby had bubbles coming out therefore soap not rinsed out. Pot smoke in hallway coming up the stairs from workers smoking right outside the sliding door came right up the stairs. Towels were washed with a pile of yard leaves as the towels had leafs in them and stained. Not a vey clean room. ”

“The room was very dirty and smelled strongly of cigarette smoke and then marijuana smoke when we opened windows. This affected my son's asthma badly. There was hair on my sheets. Dog barking most of the night.”
