“I didn’t like that I was not told that I had to walk 15 minutes up a hill to get to our room. I have a lung condition so it was not good for me to do that. Once we got to the room we couldn’t go anywhere because we would of had to walk back down the hill then back up again. If I was told that we had to do this I would of never booked it. I liked the staff, they were all very attentive to our needs. ”

"The location is wonderful, right on the beach. You can have a drink and a meal right on the beach. It's very safe. The airport shuttle service works very well and is included in the room price. The service is friendly but a bit slow. I've stayed at other hotels in Cap-Haïtien, and this is definitely the best."
