“Comfortable and cozy”

“Great set up for a decent sized group using this as a base to explore the area. My family enjoyed the property. There were a number of ants we had to take care of on that initial night, but I didn't notice them any more after that. But the property is great, I'd give the experience a 9/10.”

“15 mins after entering the property received complaints from owner. Tried to add rules and stipulations after receiving my money and contract was already signed, and made me feel like there was a violation of my privacy and rights, as well as racial profiling. Sent messages to me at inappropriate hours up to 2 am. Will not book again as I was very uncomfortable with treatment during the stay.”

“I really enjoyed this property. The gym/pool table room was huge! And so well equipped. The bed was very comfortable and kitchen was modern and also very well equipped. Couches comfortable. Shower/jacuzzi was a little quirky. Water came out HOT or COLD. No warm or jets. Maybe a house manual would help! But overall AWESOME! would def come back!”

“The listing stated that there was 1 king, 1 queen, and 1 full We had 3 couples with us and this listing of the sleeping arrangements were inaccurate. There was a king, a full, and 3 twin beds. This made for sleeping extremely difficult. Had we known the accurate sleeping arrangements, we would have made different accommodations. The house itself was clean and beautiful, it just did not accommodate for the size of our party.”

“This home is very spacious but cozy at the same time. The centralized kitchen served a family of 6 very comfortably, and the sleeping areas were great. Easy to find and a short drive to great places to eat and drink! We recommend Duff’s famous wings—they didn’t disappoint!”

“We enjoyed the house very much. Everything was perfectly organized and well maintained. The bedrooms were cozy as well as the living area. Very close to many attractions if you enjoy hiking biking and water sports. Grocery shopping was very close. The neighborhood was very quiet and relaxing. Our only recommendation would be to have full propane available for an extra charge. Otherwise it was perfect!!!”

“Our family of 6 were in town for a kids sporting event and this space was perfect. The rooms are spacious with tons of storage. The vintage feel isn’t normally our style but we loved it and it was in great shape and so so clean. We got to see deer in the back yard and the neighborhood was quiet and close to anything you would need as far as shops food and grocery. Hosts made communication easy and I knew I could get ahold of them with a simple text message.”

“We had the great fortune of renting this property with our adult children for the eclipse. Wonderful, cozy home with several sitting areas so we all had our own little area to relax and unwind. We had everything we needed. The pool table was a lot of fun. The beach was lovely and unique with great views of the Buffalo skyline. Went to a Sabres game and we were home in 17 minutes. Will definitely rent again.”

“Beautiful home. We loved the attic area with the swing chair and the cool lighting. The toiletry bags on the beds were very thoughtful and definitely a nice bonus for our stay. Very nice location as it is within walking distance of a lot of places to eat and drink. Excellent communication from the host as well!”

The furnace downstairs stopped working during our stay. Owner was super responsive. When he couldn't fix the furnace right away, he found a comparable home for us to relocate.”
