"Wasn’t told when I booked the hotel was under renovation. When I arrived was told there were no rooms available on the first floor and the elevator was out of service. Stay was ok but felt ot was a bit of bait and switch."

"We had to change rooms because the TV didn't work. I'm the new room, the overhead light in the bathroom didn't work. Doors were extremely loud when closing in the hall. "

"The room they checked me into was being worked on with drywall debris and equipment laying all around. Last time I stayed there the room was turned over everyday with fresh linen, but this time no turnover no cleaning and no fresh linens and we were there for four days! "Clean and neat place. Beds were way too hard / firm. We might as well had been sleeping on the floor. I looked to go sleep I even went to look for the couch to sleep on but there wasn’t one."
