It was not disclosed prior but according to the staff you have to request your room to be turned down cleaned new towels with fresh coffee beds made garbage emptied on a daily basis and even when you do make that request it didn't happen had to go to the lobby daily to get fresh towels and coffee for a 5-day stay.

Unfortunately I didn’t have a good experience at the Spokane Club. Upon check in I was sent to a room that had not been cleaned from the previous occupant. I returned to the front desk to inform the attendant, Christian. He offers no apology and said he would inform management. He assigned me to a different room that was sub standard and not on the same teir as the room I had reserved. The room had old green carpet that was disgusting. The bed was on rollers. I felt as if I was in a roadside motel from the 1970’s. As it was 11 pm and I had been traveling since 7 AM from the east coast, I opted to not return to the front desk to ask for another room. Based on my previous encounter with Christian I didn’t think he would care to assist. During my second night I visited the hotel restaurant for dinner. The sign in restaurant advised wit to be seated. I waited for more than 5 min. No one acknowledged my presence, greeted me or advised to sit or wait. I left the restaurant to return to my room for early bedtime. Overall the hotel lacked hospitality. I didn’t feel welcomed as a guest. The room was sub par. The carpet in room needs to be removed and the room needs to be cleaned. I don’t recommend this hotel.
