"Check- in staff was very friendly. Provided an opportunity to become a rewards member which I did. I had reserved a double queen bed room, the room was very clean. It was great to have access to complimentary coffee and bottled water as well as to have shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel available in the bathroom. The Continental buffet offered was plentiful and tasty and offered something for everyone. "

"My stay at the Ramada by Wyndham Boston was disappointing. I travel with a trained service animal due to a medical condition and encountered several issues with staff regarding ADA service animal rules. I was initially told I would have to pay a pet fee, asked to provide documentation for my service animal, told my dog was not allowed in the breakfast dining area, and informed there is a 40-pound weight limit that applies even to service animals. I have traveled with my service animal to many hotels and flights and have never experienced these types of restrictions before. My dog was calm, quiet, and well behaved the entire time. In addition to that experience, the condition of the hotel was not great. The hallway outside our room had water leaking from the ceiling and the overall cleanliness of the property was not what I expected. Guests traveling with service animals under the ADA may want to be aware of these issues before booking."
