“Great view, very quiet and peaceful. The stairs are a little precarious. There is a bed on the main level. Otherwise, I wouldn't recommend for young children or people with physical disabilities.”

“Easy check in, garage was a bit complicated to access. Lovely comfortable home, spacious living room and the fireplace was a cosy bonus! Would stay here again. Good heating. Close proximity to Ski butternut. ”

“What a lovely place! Spacious and comfortable. The kitchen had everything you'd need. The living space and bedrooms were very comfortable. If it had been warmer we would have spent so much time in the screened in porch! It was a bit of a drive to shopping and restaurants. 20-30 minutes to Easthampton or Northampton. But not a big deal for us.”

“Cozy and comfortable cabin with plentiful natural light. About a 10 minute drive from Berkshire East Mountain resort which provided a fun day of family skiing. Generous and thoughtful host; a good bit of snow fell on one of our days, and he let us know where to park to avoid having to move our car for the plow, which made it easy to get in and out. Looking forward to staying there in the summer.”

“The host was nice and welcoming. Cozy cabin, comfortable beds. Nice welcome basket with coffee, snacks and games. Had all the condiments you need for a short trip so we didn’t have to buy any. The beach right by it is beautiful and secluded. The washer and dryer work great and fast. Detergent and fabric softener was provided. We will def stay here again! ”

“When we arrived, there was dog pee on the floor, dog hair everywhere. Wasn’t clean, bathroom sink was dripping while using the toilet the leaking sink would splash you in the face. Black mold in the bathroom, our guests couldn’t even fit in the shower. No towels ready, activities weren’t working, flat tires, no batteries, outside fire pit/seating area was unusable. Completely disappointed, we were told absolutely no refunds. We stayed two nights and had to leave early. We had two small children……
