"Amazing and very chill place to stay. Would definitely stay again. Only negative we noticed was very limited parking for guests who rented a car. All servers, house keeping and front desk attendants were super friendly and made the stay feel like home. This place is in the city so very narrow streets and hilly around."

"This was a great relaxing escape for our family. Four separate bedrooms was great and the location was central for our home base for the week. The pool was a great spot to watch the sunset from. The views from the house are incredible. Beach chairs and equipment was also nice. Numerous flowers around the house and we saw deer, mongoose, hummingbirds and iguanas from the pool deck. It truly felt like a private escape and we had a wonderful week. "

"This property was outstanding! Spacious, clean, and just breathtaking views. The big porch overlooking the water is so peaceful and relaxing. Elyse made sure we had everything we needed and even had floats and snorkels for our children. When we arrived on the island, Elyse made sure there was someone waiting for us to show us the way to the villa. 5 stars all the way for Nancy's Folly!"
"This property is located about 7 minutes from town close to the top of a hill that overlooks Rendezvous bay. The views from the pool are gorgeous. The little cottage that my husband and I stayed in was perfect for us. It was quiet, had a stove and a grill to prepare meals, a beautiful screened in patio, a washer and dryer and access to the pool. The check in process was easy and quick. James' son met us at the car ferry and showed us the way so that was very nice. Communication with the owner was quick and responsive. We appreciated the beach chairs, umbrella and cooler for our day trips. Would definitely stay here again! "

"Our family of five (kids ages 20, 18, and 14) had a fantastic week staying at Seagate. The house is very close to Cruz Bay, the ferry, and downtown. The house is spacious and the deck overlooking the ocean is just perfect. The ability to snorkel from the house is wonderful. Communication with property management was smooth. Highly recommend. "

"The property and host were fantastic. The villa was clean and comfortable. This place was in a peaceful location and just a short drive to town. The commute to all the different beaches from the villa was no problem at all. We will be back for sure. "
"We visited over Spring Break with our 9 and 13 year old. The unit is more spacious/nicer than than the photos. The outdoor space is great (if you're wearing bug spray!). There are two other units in the building - one above, and one below, but we rarely saw the other guests. Only once did we end up in the pool area at the same time. The location is 10 minutes from the main part of Cruz Bay and 20ish minutes from the popular beaches in the National Park. Overall St. John is small, so even to Coral Bay is 40 mins. Towels, beach chairs, coolers are all provided and in good shape. Kitchen has good stock of dishes, cookware and utensils. Pretty light on spices. Beds were very comfortable and there's a daybed in the living room that can be used as well. One negative/thing to plan for is the property is right on a steep curve so there was constantly trucks honking on their way up the hill to avoid a collision (and you really have to pay attention when entering/leaving) between the horn and the roosters which are all over St John plan on using a white noise app if you want to sleep in - but its best to get to the beach early if you want a parking spot anyway ;) Overall great experience and one of our favorite rentals yet. The sunset views can't be beat! "

"This property is spectacular. The location is ideal for exploring the island. It is my favorite location on the island. The views from this house are stunning from all of the rooms. The three large bedrooms were very comfortable for our family. We thoroughly enjoy the porch, the views, and the pool.So often when booking a vacation rental, the description seems inflated. Not here. The property is even more fantastic than you can imagine from the pictures.The host was very welcoming. We booked through VRBO, but in the future, I would feel very comfortable booking through the real estate agent."

"The highlights of this property were its spaciousness, privacy, and prime location. The house had a big open great room that looked out on the very large screened terrace. A huge space for just the two of us. Would be good for a small family. There was complete privacy from the neighbors. The house is on a hill with a nice view looking out on Hart's Bay. The terrace was great for sitting and enjoying the view and the ocean breeze. The house was clean and neat and we had everything we needed including things for the beach like towels and chairs. The A/C in the bedrooms only was nice for sleeping. Conveniently located near grocery shopping and gas station. We had great communication with the property manager who on the first day guided us by phone in our rental car to the property because the driving in St. John is challenging. Parking on the island is not easy -best to get to the beach early in the morning or later in the afternoon. "

"We enjoyed our recent stay at Poi Pu. The home is ideal for families and is in a great location. The hammock was the perfect spot for an afternoon nap! Views were incredible and the location is ideal for Cruz Bay and the surrounding beaches in that area. The home was clean and comfortable. The property manager and owner were very responsive and made us feel welcome. Highly recommend this perfect home!"
