“The king size bed in the room was old with the hump in the middle. The room housekeeping was erratic, a couple of days no housekeeping, a few once a day and a few twice a day. Cleaning of the room was superficial, no cleaning of patio. We did not use the spa.The fittness room was nice but the steam room is at the spa.”

“First of all this is not a 24/7 hands on place at all. The front desk only works from 8am to 10 pm. So if you have anything that you need you won't get it. If the pipe burst, need towels, light bulb you won't be able to get anything ontil that time. So emergency around that time isn't available. Outside my room iheard a loud bang. It was glass that was broken by whom I don't know I was too scared to go and find out. That happened the 2nd night. They need to make that gate higher anyone can……

If we had one it was never brought to our attention. We had no way to exit the compound because the gate would only open from the outside. “We really wanted to love everything about this place, but the service is the worst that I have ever experienced at any hotel! They did a great job with the branding and marketing but unfortunately the experience does not live up to the expectation. “I am not one who is big on leaving reviews, but this place merits a review. Great, well maintained, locally owned, boutique place to stay. Is it a "5 star hotel". No. But it has all the amenities a traveler needs. The vibe is great, Chase and Lyndsey are fantastic hosts and the location is great.
