Heater fan a bit noisy, but even with bitter cold weather when we were there, the reverse heat pump air conditioner was sufficient to keep room warm while we were sleeping, so no big deal. The room smelled like smoke and mildew. The room smelled old and musty the minute we walked in. The furniture was scratched up and the bathroom was dirty. I did not feel this was a safe place to stay. We had traveled all day and were exhausted and too tired to look further for another place to stay.
