“This was a decent rental for the money. The sofa is almost not usable - you can see the lumps and feel the springs under the slip cover. The listing wasn’t clear there would be people in the basement. You could hear them sometimes through the vents. But the unit was very clean and suited our purposes. ”

“Basic cottage. We appreciated air conditioning and view. Exterior chairs where all broken, had to wash dishes, dirty floors. BBQ had no grill so took neighbors, was rusty and very dirty. Can not swim as mentioned. Only for fishing. There is a beach at a waking distance but not nice to swim in, small and weeds. Good place to fish if this is your intention. Fast response when communicating. Will ask you to sign a discharge right at the beginning which is not a good sign. Can’t get refund. Not as……

“It’s a very cozy spot. Clean and had pretty much everything I needed for one night stay. The bathroom door was an issue as it’s a two people job to open the door. Also, the bed doesn’t have a head board and wall is not a smooth surface so uncomfortable .”

“Sheets were filthy. Mold on coffee maker. Bugs in room. Vrbo mis represented the property.We did not stay on the property and would like a full refund.”

“This place is just a lot less glamorous than the listing would imply. We had 9 adults in our group but this cabin only sleeps 6 max. So we had to rent a second cabin for full price. The manager was helpful tho and answered our questions. ”

“Host did not send keypad entry code. I sent four messages, through the VRBO app, over the course of 5-6 hours asking for the code with no response. I went to the rental to inquire with another building resident and she also could not reach the host. I had to book a hotel for the night, or drive 4 hours home and miss the second day of my business conference.”

“In town for the weekend, this was a great place to spend the night. Clean, spacious and had a private entrance and check in. Sandy was amazing, super pleasant to communicate with and I felt welcomed from the time I stepped through the door, to the time I checked out. I would definitely stay here again on my next visit. Thanks!”
