“The room including the bathroom was spacious with nice decor. Some updates are needed. Furniture and carpet look a bit worn. The Nespresso coffee maker was fine. The lobby coffee was ordinary. Had to call to get an iron. Enjoyed the shower. ”

“A great breakfast and I mean one above the cut of all the others.Breakfast is good don't miss it. And the staff has a great sense of humor sometimes you just need a smile to make your day, and that's in both directions”

“Bathroom was dirty. Hair in the bathtub. Person helping at night was doing something in the back and came to desk with shirt unbuttoned like we disturbed him”

“This stay was the last checkpoint for our Midwest trip, the room itself was pretty nice, very cozy. but there are several unsatisfactory points. the pillow quality was really bad, it doesn't have a microwave. the bathroom has exhaust fans but does not work, We did contact guest service, and they did come, He looked around and told us that the bathroom itself did not have an exhaust fan.(yet there is literally a visible fan on top of them?) pretty unhappy since we had to stay there for 9 days.”

“I was hesitant to book because of reviews I saw from late 2025, but this was one of the best hotels I've stayed in! The studio suite is PERFECT for solo travelers. Staff was very kind, breakfast was delish, and other guests were pleasant as well. Overall this hotel felt very safe and clean!! Thank you- I will be back!! :)”

“It would be beneficial for the staff to not talk or discuss business problems in front of customers, especially when wanting to check in. The bathroom drain definitely needs a deep clean to get rid of any smells.”
