"This property was one of the best we have stayed anywhere. Very quaint quiet all the amenities you could ask for even a free bar. This hotel exceeded our expectations "
"The staff here were so lovely and so polite and helpful. We really enjoyed our stay . We were out most of the day but we would come back to a clean bed and towels every day and emptied bin and lots of products . We never had to ask for anything except for an iron and iron table and tget gave it us immediately and it was mini and so easy to use . I would definitely stay at Best Hotel Shinjuku again. It was perfect for our stay in Tokyo . Thank you to all the wonderful staff there who also made us...

"This was a perfect area for exploring Tokyo. The hotel is near the Shinjuku Station where you can connect to trains, subways Nex train to airport. It is a very vibrant area with lots to do nearby. The hotel is beautiful. The staff’s very courteous. Amazing customer service. Breakfast buffet wa amazing. Would definitely stay here again."
"The staff at this hotel are fantastic. This includes hotel staff and restaurant staff. Room was clean and had everything you need. The food at the restaurant was very good. It is very close to the Tokyo Metropolitan Building which has a viewing area on the 45th floor and a light show every night. A must see when in the area. It is located about 15-20 minutes from Shinjuku station so walking to and from the station with luggage was a bit of a struggle. However you could take a taxi if walking that distance with all your luggage is difficult. They said they were doing renovations on the building a there would be noise but we heard nothing. There is a bakery in the lobby that was always busy. Would recommend this hotel is you want to stay in a quieter area of Shinjuku."
"This was the perfect spot for our trip! The hotel is impeccable. Friendly staff and very foreign-friendly. It’s centrally located close enough to conveniently get to everything via metro or walk, but a very quiet in the immediate area. Couldn’t recommend this hotel enough!"
