"This was great…just wanted to get out of town for the weekend from Fort Worth with the dogs. The cabins are lovely, clean, well outfitted. We will stay here again for sure….great place to know about if you’re staying in Waco for any reason."

"I was on a mini getaway and this place was perfect. The housing was equipped with all the right essentials and it made for a peasant stay. The hot tub was an added bonus for relaxing. I spent time reading on the point watching the turtles pop their head up in the lake. It was a peaceful getaway. Oh! And the beds were extremely comfortable."

"The property was well kept and staff was attentive and courteous. The only one thing and I realize they are trying to revitalize that area is that it didnt seem too safe for those places that were with in walking distance. Other than that one draw back all the things we were interested in were no more than a 10 minute drive from the hotel. "
