“Outstanding impeccably clean condo. Nicely renovated, soft bed, nice community pool for adults and kids. Excellent communication from the host. Couple blocks from the public beach and restaurants. Two adults enjoyed the condo, but no place to layout your clothes so we used the lower bunkbed. Located in the Sweet Spot of 30A, great relaxing feel. Having a disability, it would be nice to have one handicapped spot for each building side, or add a checkbox on your listing so accommodations can……

“This unit is next to the pool area, which is lovely. We opted not to take the free beach tram and I stress enjoyed the leisurely walk to the private beach every day. You can basically park the car and walk to shops and eateries. The studio had a relaxed beach vice and was well appointed. ”

“The view and location were amazing. It was quiet. The beach was beautiful and not too crowded. We did have to drive to get to most places. Thought there would be more within a short walk. There was not a lot of parking available around town. We went to Central Square. Three hours of parking cost us $21.35. There were issues with the condo. Ice maker broken. Two trays that were available were cracked. No kitchen hand soap. Only a very small bottle of dish soap and two small bars for the……

“We planned a last minute trip to the beach before Christmas. This property is in the perfect location across from the beach and shunk gulley. Parking and check in was a breeze. The property was just as described and was perfect. The balcony with beach views was a big plus. Thanks so much! ”

“Place was clean and nicely decorated. However steps to second floor are in need of a cleaning and repair. Had some maintenance issues in condo. Could have used some kitchen “niceties” such as some coffee to get you started, trash can liners. Pool is nice and heated. Pet friendly for sure. Probably look for different place next time. ”
