Being a college town with several other hotels in the area, they are average, compared to Hampton and Holiday Inn for example. “This property was very cute. Loved the coffee nook that was available. Room was nice and clean. My biggest complaint was that it was freezing in there. From the moment we walked in the front door and walking down the hallway to our room. Our room was freezing as well.
