"Just a quaint old inn. We stayed in the main house in a suite which was comfortable and just fine. The gardens around the facility are lovely with many places to sit and relax. We were there on a very warm night and sitting outside with some drinks and snacks all evening was just the ticket. Breakfast is included and is a full meal and was delicious! We rode the nearby kokosing gap trail and ate at Bickerdyke Tap Room which was excellent. All in all I would do it again!"

Breakfast is more than adequate if in a hurry, but it’s better not to miss the local options as they are so close! Note that there wasn’t a lot of working space in our room for laptops etc, but they have a nice little study for that kind of thing. Would look forward to staying there again and recommend to others."

"The front desk ladies were so welcoming and inviting to us! We told them it was our 34th anniversary, and they surprised us by upgrading our room to one facing the park. The view was beautiful! We absolutely loved the room. It was decorated in the era of the hotel when it was originally built, which gave it so much charm and character. We really enjoyed the history and atmosphere. The breakfast was great, parking was easy, and the hotel is conveniently located near coffee shops, restaurants, and parks. We had such a wonderful stay and can’t wait to come back!"
