“Nice place”

“The description of the place is perfect, "Charming Cottage Retreat". The cottage is tucked up in the woods, private, with a great deck to relax on with a fire pit, overlooking an open mowed field. It was clean, comfortable, good air conditioning, with plenty of bathroom towels, good seating with kitchen space that totally fits the size of the cottage. We felt very secure at the cottage. “Beautiful and spacious property. We used this for our rehearsal dinner, pre-wedding pictures, bridal suite, etc. it had plenty of room for out of town family and friends. The kids appreciated the outside area and game room. The upstairs rooms were a little warm at night, could use a few fans! Plenty of space and utensils in kitchen. Enough towels and blankets. Great location on the river! Elvin is responsive and kind. The Clark Family appreciates you letting us use your wonderful home! ”
