“I had an excellent stay at Golden Mesa Casino & Hotel. My room was modern, spotless, and very comfortable, making it easy to relax after a long day. “Reservation not ready, when assigned room at 6pm as reserved, opened the door and room had NOT been cleaned or prepared.... asked for another room, and could NOT give us the same accomodations as registered for. Asked for some reimbursement consideration but refused... Cannot give a positive recommendation based upon our experience.”

“The room was very clean. The door was hard to open and to shut. We were on the 2 nd floor the walk way needs to be repair and the stairs to the 2 nd floor had areas that were rusted out and is dangerous would have taken pictures but it was raining wish they had turned on their conditioner it was very warm in the room when we checked in. But room itself was very clean and the bed was comfortable. Felt very safe walking my dog around the property.”

“I was disappointed with the room. Major deferred maintenance. The bathroom was a major ick. It has an old stained up and dirty toilet that’s about 10 inches off the ground. The bed was hard and had some type of foam pieces for pillows. Very uncomfortable.”
