"For the high price of room, the hotel looked somewhat neglected. Our bathroom had mold, hair, and dirt in the shower. The room was extremely noisey from the interstate traffic because the cheap windows did not seal properly. We will not stay at a Holiday Inn Express again."

"I stayed on this property two weekends in a row while I was traveling to Franklin. The first weekend the room was okay, just a little dusty, which made me itch all night. There were a couple small hairs in the shower that I just rinsed down. The second weekend I stayed, there was dog hair, crumbs, piles of dust, and hair in the bathroom. I did go down and ask if dogs were allowed in the rooms because there was hair and crumbs on the floor. They said dogs weren’t allowed. I then mentioned again that the room was not clean. The front desk just stared at me. Unfortunately, there were no other hotels available since it was a busy weekend. I went to Walmart and bought cleaning supplies…a handheld vacuum, disinfectant spray, and febreeze allergy spray. I cleaned the room because I didn’t feel like dealing with front desk and their nonverbal attitudes. They tend to look at you like you are dumb and barely speak to you when you arrive. I was not the only one in the group I was traveling with who complained about the attitudes of the evening front desk staff. They are not helpful or friendly. I took pictures of the fur, crumbs, dust, bandaid, and hairs left behind. "
