“Great hosts, property exactly as described, and nice stay on a small farm. Really delicious food available from the hosts, although a bit pricey - we got the dinner, was really nice, best asparagus I've ever tasted! The barn loft is pretty solid - lacking some things like a kitchen sink to wash glasses (did this in the bathroom), but that was all fine. A little bit of noise from the commercial kitchen for their catering business , but nothing significant. Pretty hot in the loft too - we arrive……

“The location is quiet, safe, charming, and literally across the street from the start of the downtown area. The room is well appointed, with a kitchen and refrigerator (although with all the restaurants you won't need it). Healdsburg is a very walkable town with many things to do a short distance from studio. One could easily drive to redwoods, explore wine country, or follow the Russian River as it winds down to the Pacific. I, however, was content to stay in town and enjoy the relaxing slow……

“Great loft with everything we needed. The setting is just stunning. We did a wine tasting there and played some bocce. In the morning we took a walk through the vineyards. So relaxing! Francesca was responsive and all went smoothly. Enjoyed lunch and shopping in nearby Kelseyville. Hope to return.”

“The photos do NOT do it justice. It is an art gallery with fantastic furnishings. Perfect to relax in and with a large desk to work at. Did I mention a fully stocked kitchebn and laundry room. I will be back. Location location location = Westside Ukiah (I am almost hate to write this review as it may alert too many folks to this great place.)”

“The unit is really cute. The problem is that it was really cold and we could not heat the place up. The small wall heater only had one side working and then it died an hour after we arrived. The portable heater in the bedroom was not effective. We needed to literally be one foot away to feel any heat. We had two pairs of pants and socks and our outside jackets on and were still cold. We ended up leaving in the morning, not staying the 2 nights we had paid for. We had to leave as soon as we could……

“I didn’t like the lady owner Cindy, she is a pushy and wants to talk not everybody wants to talk,I book the place to stay not to be followed by the owner do this and that if she is attach to her rental place then no need to rent it out.”
