“I asked to change the bed sheets as soon as I arrived because there was multiple hairs all over bedding they came to change them and those had same issue I had to wait for them to be changed 3 times I asked for a superviser to give me a discount because of the inconvenience and he told me no the couches had white all over them like if a male put his sperm there it was so disgusting I even asked to change rooms and they said they couldn’t it was so horrible and upsetting that I drove 9 hours and……

“We had booked a double room for 1 night at $~$400. Got an ADA room. Didn’t mind since the room and bathroom were quite large. Amenities were bare minimum (for the price) - shower was not clean. Staff was friendly. No breakfast included. Parking garage under hotel. Convenient right off highway 101. No restaurant. However, There’s a ‘room service’ menu barcode in room :) ”

“The facility is rather new, very clean, and comfortable. The location isn’t the greatest but to have a kitchenette while on the road is definitely a plus. I’ve stayed at other ESA facilities further south on 101 and they get 1 Star reviews. This one is a good one!”

“This place was close enough to downtown and directly across from a coffee shop and a restaurant making it pretty convenient. Checking in was easy. We rented 2 rooms for a weekend event and when we arrived both rooms had a pretty funky smell. We both had to open windows and leave the door open for a while. It may have been sanitizer they used to clean the rooms but it wasn’t pleasant. In our room th shower curtain was about to fall down so the curtain wouldn’t stay closed while showering but……

“Enjoyed our stay and would like to come again. The breakfast was decent and included hot and cold options. The pool was heated and a hit with the kids. The staff were pleasant and helpful: our youngest left something behind in the room and they kept it for us and were very helpful about returning it. I worried we would hear noise from other guests in our room but that wasn't the case. I also worried there would guests with dogs around (kids have allergies) but that was not the case. Only……
