He gave me the owner's contact because the contact information on the app was wrong, and even then, nobody answered or replied to my message. I don't recommend it, and the place is very strange. The owner didn't respond to confirm anything when I asked for information, so I believe it's a robot when you talk to the place. I had to pay more and go somewhere else. It's a disgrace! I wonder how it was able to be listed on hotels.com. Checking in was to be seamless but after waiting for email for two hours past the check in time of 3.00pm, despite filling all strange details in the link sent by email, I was still stranded at the entrance. I never received any check in details and couldn't even get to stay in that unhealthy environment. The ambience does not portray a safe place for any decent person.
