“We stayed for 6 nights. Straightforward and easy check in and check out. Location was great. Matt was very friendly and helpful. We would highly recommend”

“Exactly as advertised. No complaints! Loved hearing the river!”

“A lodge that shows its age but room was clean, the water and cooling worked well, refrigerator and microwave worked well, and beds were super comfortable. Slept great. To the north Salida is about 11 miles. South are a couple other food locations, i.e. Dusty's Roadhouse.”

“Exactly what we needed”

“Not clean, not nice.Too expensive. Watch your belongins.”

“This property is NOT as advertised. It is basically an abandoned motel with gravel areas that RVs could park at. Dirty room, stained bedding, beds missing sheets, not adequate towels, amenities not provided that were listed as being there, no people anywhere. Pictures online must have been taken years ago. Rundown, no small store, no water nearby of any sort…”

“The location was great, it is near the river, but depending on time of year, river access may not be possible. The place is well appointed in some respects, but totally not in others. The kitchen is well stocked with cooking implements, but lacks the bare basics like salt and pepper. “When we stayed here four years ago, the property was in much better shape. It hasn't been maintained, including the landscaping. The backyard was littered with trash, and the property desperately needs repairs. I have photos that i can submit if that is helpful.”

“整體而言還不錯，對於大廳富有在地特色風情的布置，印象深刻。”

“Property is located downtown right on the river. Lot's of activity and things to do. No front desk; just correspondence via email and text which worked perfectly.”
