“The window on our room was not closing well, screen was missing . We reported it right away, but was not not fixed. They also did not not inform us that rooms are cleaned every three days (based on the day you check in), but the front desk person was very accommodating and gave us fresh towels and water bottles. Other than that, if you request for a room facing out to the front you’ll really get a nice view (highway included of course haha!).”

“This hotel is old. And not the charming New England old, but rather run down old. Bed and pillows are very uncomfortable. The bathroom has a pedestal sink and no counter to place your toiletries on. It was fairly quiet but on our second night a dog in the room next-door was barking between 10 and 11 PM. I liked the price and the proximity to Groton. Otherwise, probably one of the worst looking motels I I’ve stayed in in a long time. The man at the front desk was very pleasant and accommodating.”

“My go to hotel when visiting friends and family in the Merrimack valley. Always super friendly and helpful staff. And an awesome breakfast.”

“Customer service was horrible. Yes we was a big party but the lady was super rude. The beds were hard as hell. Tube was not clean. Seemed like they only cleaned the beds. It was a horrible experience.”

“Cottage Beside a Waterfall is a peaceful, artistic and creative space. The atmosphere is that of love of family, care for Nature and passion for Art and creativity. I was guided to the cottage even when it was late, cold and dark. ”
