“The motel is directly behind Five Guys Burgers, so you don't see it from the road. The front desk clerk was wonderful. There was a moisture issue causing a slight musty odor in the room. I turned off the ac unit because I saw black spots on the vent. There was an attempt at updating the "premium" room but it fell into the putting lipstick on a pig category. I appreciated the parking right in front of our room door because our truck was loaded with dorm necessities. The property was up the……

“My family and I spent the weekend here, specifically for the pool and it was terrible. Hairballs all over the floor, loose hair floating in the pool. A bunch of trash at the bottom of the pool. The hallways smelt like weed even though it’s a smoke free facility. Kids were running wild through the halls at all hours of the night with no response from the staff. Breakfast was not edible at all. Would not recommend coming here, sleeping in your car would be better.”

“I felt very welcome! I had a pretty rough journey into Springfield, but they started my trip off on the right note. I felt like I got real hospitality, and they were very helpful in terms of helping me orient to the town and figure out where things are. The room was even more spacious than I thought, I thought I got a room for one but it could have effectively housed a small family. Breakfast was great! I would highly recommend staying here to anyone traveling through Springfield.”
