Great location

Great house for a large group! Number of bedrooms and bathrooms are great and the kitchen and living room is great for socializing! 5 minute walk to the beach was great! Really enjoyed our stay! Yard and patio space is also amazing!

Best family vacation ever!

The first thing we require in a rental is cleanliness and this house did not disappoint. It was well appointed for our "short stay" needs. The fenced in backyard was great for our dogs and the short walk to the ocean was delightful. Our host was professional and courteous. Five stars all around.

Perfect vacation home

This house was so beautiful! The set up was perfect, it was immaculate and the location is prime! The owners were so nice and pleasant to communicate with! There was 8 adults and the house accommodated us beautifully! Very well supplied! We have rented many houses but this one was our favorite!!! I can’t say enough nice things about our stay! I highly recommend it!

House was well equipped; linens and towels a supplied. Bonus that each bathroom had a supply of shampoo and soaps;, plenty of paper supplies and laundry detergent provided. A pleasant surprise since we flew in from Maryland, we didn’t have to stop at the store to buy anything. House was very clean!

Great place to vacation

The house was as advertised. In a good location (walking distance to downtown Hyannis and the beach), was clean, well maintained and contained all the comforts of being at home (it was nice that we didn't have to bring linens, towels, or beach chairs - all supplied). We contacted Alex (who we did get to meet when he came over to mow) a couple of times and he was quick to respond to our questions. The back deck (and fenced in back yard) was very nice to hang out on and had ample seating for our entire group of 9 adults.

Outstanding for family!

The home was large enough for our family of six adults and two young children. It is exactly as described. Very comfortable. The hosts were quite considerate, checking in with us to make sure we had no needs! Our dog enjoyed walks and the fenced in yard. The beach is a very easy walk away; the three year old managed it without complaint. The water was gentle, ideal for very young children. The town Of Hyannis was fun, with many restaurants and ice cream places. We had a rainy day and easily found nearby entertainment for the children.

Spotless, comfortable, well-appointed family-sized home!!

This house sits right one block away from the ocean, perfectly located center-Cape and is convenient to everything. Our family of nine was totally comfortable and really enjoyed the large eat-in kitchen/dining room. At times, there were 5-6 of us cooking and there was plenty of room. The living room is more than big enough for family conversations, games and movies. We never ran out of hot water, even with all of us showering at the same time of day. Alex and Val were AMAZING; so responsive, flexible and helpful. We would definitely stay there again. A truly pleasant, professionally-run and enjoyable VRBO property. Thank you!

The house was a perfect fit for our family of 10 (6 adults and 4 grandchildren) Our grandchildren were able to ride their bikes on the dead-end side street as well as to the beach which was 3 minutes on bikes and a 5-minute walk. The house was spotless and nicely appointed. The largeliving room was ideal for active children under 6 years old. The back yard was well taken care of with a very green lawn and lovely flowers. Alex, the owner, took pride in his property and was readily available when we had questions. We would highly recommend this property!

Great house a block away from a wonderful beach

The house was excellent, clean, and the hosts were great. There was a beach within a 5 minute walking distance that was a hidden gem. Calm waters perfect for swimming with young kids. The rooms were comfortable and the house was clean. Washer and dryer worked well, and the kitchen was very nice. We plan on staying here again in the future.

Location can’t be beat!

The house was very comfortable for a big group and the location can’t be beat. It was easily walkable to downtown Hyannis for dining out and shopping and even closer to walk to the beach. The hosts were excellent communicators. The house isn’t fancy, but it’s comfortable. I would book again.

Birthday celebration

This home was a fabulous place for my family to stay to celebrate my birthday! My husband, my mother, our 3 children, their spouses, and 2 Grandbabies stayed here and loved it! It was located close to the beach, and also to the harbor area in Hyannis. We were super-close to the Nantucket ferry! The home was clean, and had everything we needed! I would recommend it to everyone!

Clean and great communication

Perfect size for our group of 8 plus one infant. Having three full bathrooms and one half bath is a game changer! I was impressed with Alex’s quick replies in communication. The house itself was also nice and clean.

Best VRBO Host ever!

We stayed for 2 weeks with different family coming and going. Alex is an unbelievable host. He can’t do enough for you and wants you to have the best vacation. He provides more supplies than any other host we have stayed with. House was very clean. We had our dog and there is a nice fenced yard. House is 2-3 blocks from Keyes Memorial beach. We walked there every morning. You can also walk to Main Street in Hyannis and the Harbor area. Would definitely stay again
