“recently stayed at this so-called 5-star hotel, and unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing. The food quality was quite poor and far below what you would expect from a hotel of this level. The animation/entertainment team was also underwhelming and did not provide enjoyable activities. What surprised me the most was that many services required extra charges, even though the hotel claims to be “all inclusive.” Staff frequently asked for additional payments for things that should have……

“Leyla in guest services and Alpine and Mehmet at the front desk made great efforts to adjust for a slight booking error by Expedia. Many of the staff speak english and the rest have a wonderful smile and pleasant manner - charades to communicate for a back up plan - all good. The food is off the charts, lots of fresh salads and deserts. Plenty of main course choices and although not much of a drinker myself - decent beer and wine. “We really enjoyed our stay. The rooms were clean and well maintained, with everything we needed, including slippers, towels, a hairdryer, and basic toiletries. We did miss bathrobes, hair conditioner, and shampoo, but this was not a big issue. The rooms were warm and cozy.
