“The hotel is mainly focused on foreign customers, staff members give priority to them. Generally staff members are kind but one of the staff members in patisserie section acted very rude, it shadowed our holiday experience and made us feel bad. Pool is so crowded we couldn’t spend so much time on pool. Customers leave their towels early in the morning and it s really hard to find a place to sit in the afternoon. I think in our room there was an error with the Air conditioner because when we……

“We spent 4 days at Kamelya selin hotel and I have to admit that the Kamelya collection hotels are one of the most beautiful resorts I've ever seen in Turkey. The room spacious and very comfortable beds and pillows, the hairdryer turns off after 30 seconds because it heats up. The air-conditioning broke down the third day it was repaired but again didn't work the last day, the phone didn't connect with the reception. The hotel itself is not very new but very well maintained. The beach is so……

“Unfortunately, this was the worst holiday experience our family has ever had. First of all, everyone in our family, one after another, got some kind of stomach infection or virus. After spending two days looking at all the cracks and dirty grout in the bathroom, I also started paying attention to how clean the plates were in the main restaurant. They were constantly covered with greasy stains and traces of previous use. On the second day, apparently we hadn’t had enough excitement, so we……
