“位置好，在火車站附近，有巴士去市中心只係五分鐘，周圍有coffee shop 和超市，甚為方便。”

“I love to go sightseeing with my family members and I have stayed in countless hotels. I do not use to write negative feedback but my experience with this hotel is the worst among all, making me to feel that I have to write something. First of all, the receiptionist was impolite and even rude. I was told that there was a charge for the carpark. When I tried to ask the fee for parking, I could not understand why I gave the impression to the receptionist that I did not want to pay the fee. She……

“Really enjoyed the hotel however the carpet and furnishings had some sort of white powder over them. Everything else was goo and staff were friendly ”

“下層的共享洗手間門很難開，水的流量小而且要不停地push才能有水下，所以很不方便，水溫很難調整，有時很熱有時很冷”

“The property is very conveniently located to allow great access to all the Cambridge sights. The room was lovely and well-appointed with teas, coffee and even hot chocolate. The property is beautiful and allows for great walks in their green space. The staff were definitely helpful though sometimes with a slightly detached attitude. That is the only criticism I would have. ”

“I had a lovely large clean room. What impressed me more than anything else was that every single member of staff was unfailingly helpful and cheerful. It was so noticeable. nothing was a problem nor too much trouble.....never stayed anywhere where the staff were so good.”

“I booked a single room with private bathroom. However, it does not locate in the room. I needed to go outside every time I used the closet and even I washed my hands. It’s not what I want for privacy and convenience although I was the only one who kept the bathroom key!”
