The Moorland Hotel is fabulous. We would definitely recommend it and when we visit the area again we will stay here without hesitation. The food was excellent and the staff were welcoming. Although we didn't take a dog we saw some in the hotel and they were well catered for with a wash station outside ...

A great place to stay in Torquay. Across the road from the beach and a short walk into town. Nice room and really good food in the restaurant, the breakfast is also very nice.

Check in was easy, good communications with host. Well equipped, comfortable and spacious apartment with a great view of the bay. Good value for money, especially in the off season. A car is a must as the roads are very, very steep.
