“For the first time EVER, the upstairs neighbors kept me up. I stay here often and have NEVER had this issue. This isn't something the hotel could fix unless I had them change my rooms, which I'm sure they would gladly do. These people are truly customer friendly and try to help if there is ever an issue”

“The front desk employee was exceptional at making my anniversary feel special. The rooms and bathrooms were clean, the bar was great, and the bartender was super nice.
