“It is just BEST hotel to stay at in Ruidoso, New Mexico. So clean and private. Staff goes over and beyond!! I will be back!!”

“We were just traveling through Mississippi and decided to stay over for the night. This was one of the best hotels we have ever stayed at. The room was clean. The staff friendly. When traveling with pets, so often you are stuck in the old, dingy rooms, but not so with this hotel. We loved our stay and will definitely consider staying again should we ever be in the area!”

“This was one of the nicest places I have ever stayed at. The hotel was absolutely beautiful and welcoming . I will have to say the front desk workers were not that friendly...they were not rude just not pleasant. The only other disappointment was the pool was closed due to rain and did not reopen after the rain stopped. The elevators were so beautiful inside. The rooms were so clean and very spacious, the decor was so tropical and relaxing, beds and pillows were great, and during our stay……

“While the room itself was nice, I was disappointed by the lack of information about the area and how to get around. It would have been helpful to have a welcome guide or itinerary in the room with details about local attractions, transportation options, restaurants, and other useful information for guests. Having those resources readily available would have made the stay much more enjoyable and convenient.”

“The good....The room was really clean, the decor was beautiful and the bed was so so comfortable. There was a lot of pillows, the AC worked great, and there were plugs on the bedside walls, next to the side tables to charge phones etc. It was downtown , and the staff was kind. The ok...The bathroom was mostly clean, but dirt was built up in the corners of the bathroom floors, the paint was chipped along the floor boards, the jetted tub showed signs of corrosion. I was really looking……

“This was the worst Hilton experience I’ve ever encountered. My family and I were traveling overnight, prior to booking this hotel I called to let them know what time I would be arriving and to see if I would be able to check in early. I was told yes, so I continued my booking. Just to arrive at 5 am and be told the room was given away and they no longer had any rooms available for me to get into, until 11am. Fortunately, another hotel was accommodating and allowed me to pay to stay there from……

“The facility was nice and well kept. However, I checked in after 8 p.m. due to circumstances beyond my control. I called prior to arrival to be to be sure there were no check in time restrictions. The employee told me there weren’t any check in time restrictions. After checking in and going to my room I discovered I was given a handicap room. I didn’t request this type of room. I was too tired to go back to the front desk about this issue and decided to wait until next day. I complained about……

“I think you should let people know if the pool is closed. Also, the restaurant is only open Thursday-Sunday. I understand that might be an economic issue.”
